In Network

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO, and Blue Choice PPO networks. Before starting therapy, please contact member services with your  insurance to confirm behavioral health coverage. I process claims on your behalf with BCBS; you are responsible for paying any copay or coinsurance associated with your plan.

Out of Network

For patients who are out of network or prefer not to use insurance, out of network rates are $150 - $175 per session, depending on time of day. If you are out of network, I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance plan, and you may be reimbursed for a portion or full amount of services.

I accept cash, check, credit cards, as well as payment from Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). I use a HIPAA compliant software, where you can pay directly. Payment is due at the end of every session unless prior arrangements have been made.
